1. Service and eligibility

Hongsimdang provides free calculation tools and paid personalized digital reports. Customers must be at least 14 years old and must provide information they are authorized to use.

2. Orders and payment

• The price, currency, product, and included deliverables shown at checkout apply to the order.
• International payments may be processed through PayPal and PortOne. Payment is complete only after server-side approval is confirmed.
• Customers are responsible for checking birth details and email before payment.

3. Digital delivery

Paid reports enter an automated generation process after confirmed payment. The report link is sent to the selected delivery email. The private link must not be published or resold.

4. Personal use and copyright

Customers may read, save, print, and privately share a purchased report for personal use. Commercial resale, mass redistribution, unauthorized reproduction, or use as training data is prohibited.

5. Limits of the reading

Saju, BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and astrology readings are reflective reference material. Hongsimdang does not guarantee events or accept responsibility for decisions made solely from a report.

6. Refunds, privacy, and disputes

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Personal data follows the Privacy Policy. Disputes are first handled through mutual consultation and, if unresolved, under the competent courts and laws of the Republic of Korea.
